I am not sure that there's much out there that's a bigger slap in the face than a sign like this when you're IF. Except maybe getting baby formula in the mail! ;)

I've done it on more than one occasion, since my husband is an ob/gyn doc and sometimes when he is working I need to see him.
I do it with much satisfaction, too.
